How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick a plan, create your account, and you're in. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost. Most reps see live coaching on their very first call.
What counts as a live call?
A live call is a coaching session where Confi listens to your meeting in real time. Individual includes 20 live calls per month, Team includes 60 shared across your seats. Call review, transcripts, and coaching history don't count against the limit.
How do Team seats work?
The Team plan includes 3 seats. You invite teammates by email, everyone shares one workspace and playbook, and managers get visibility into calls and coaching moments across the team.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade from your billing settings at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What if my team needs more than 3 seats?
Enterprise plans include unlimited seats, custom AI playbooks, SSO, dedicated onboarding, and security review support. Book a call and we'll scope it to your team.
