Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Confi.io (“Confi”, “the service”), provided at tryconfi.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Confi provides real-time AI coaching for sales conversations: live transcription, detection of sales-relevant signals, coaching suggestions, and post-call review. Coaching cards are suggestions generated by AI — they are guidance, not guarantees, and you remain responsible for what you say and do on your calls.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Team plan owners are responsible for the seats they invite.

Trials, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost. Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Plan limits (such as live calls per month) apply as described on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree to comply with the laws that apply to your conversations — including recording and consent laws in relevant jurisdictions — and not to use the service to harass, defraud, or mislead others, probe or disrupt the service's security, resell the service without permission, or upload content you have no right to use.

Your data

You own your data — transcripts, coaching history, and configuration. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, processing call audio to generate transcripts and coaching). We do not use your conversations to train foundation AI models. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Confi and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate or suitable for any particular conversation or outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability) survive.

Changes

We may update these terms; if changes are material we'll update the date above and notify account holders by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
